Cover builds residential homes in a variety of sizes using its modular, panelized building system. We built single family homes, ADUs, guest houses, home offices, gyms and a variety of other residential use case structures.
We currently serve all of Southern California, including the following counties: San Luis Obispo, Kern, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Imperial.
Each Cover is custom designed for our clients specific needs and property and pricing varies depending on the design, property and specifications of each unique Cover home. To get a custom quote for your project, reach out here.
Each Cover is tailor-made using our pre-engineered building system. Pricing is calculated based on the type and number of components in your particular design, rather than a general per square foot cost, allowing us to quickly provide you with fixed, up-front, and accurate pricing specific to your Cover.
Sitework pricing is specific to your design, property characteristics, access, utility considerations, logistics, soil conditions and topography. We will provide you with sitework pricing specific to your project during the design process.
